49731 2002-05-20 06:10:00 Hi,
I have recently upgraded to a PC with 'Windows XP Home' OS. Since this my Paint Shop Pro 7 software is not behaving...eg I cannot print from the program. I get the error message...
'Paint Shop Pro 7 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you are in the middle of something, the information you were working on may be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem.'

There is an option to send the 'Error Report' which I have done, many times!
I have also...repaired and re-installed PSP7, neither have helped. PSP7 worked fine with my previous OS Windows 98SE

Any suggestions...?

Hopeful...'C'

49732 2002-05-20 06:29:00 I know of people that use XP and PSP7 together fine.

When you upgraded the OS did you do a clean install or did you intstall over the toip pf.

Thanks that sounds encouraging at least.
I have a completely new computer...WinXP was pre-installed when I purchased the PC. I installed PSP7 from my CD. I had previously un-installed it from my old computer.
