| 50322 | 2002-05-25 12:00:00 | Yes I am frustrated too, Last week I spoke 2 some arrogant paradise customer service represntative and explained that I am constantly getting errors 691 and 734. His response was that it was my fault that I must have typed the password in wrong. I immediately dissagreed as xp memorizes my password, he then began to blame windows. I don't know whats going on @ Paradise, but they need to get themselves sorted (also customer service) otherwise they will loose a lot of customers. --------------------------- Unhappy Paradise Customer! |
