| 50458 | 2002-05-24 01:42:00 | I am having trouble using the Internet magazine CD. When I try to download from the CD a message tells me that I don't have a suitable viewer to do so. I recently had some klez virus problems. Would this have erased my ability to access the CD? | Guest (0) | ||

You can run from the command (Start run) SFC which runs the system file checker in Win98, and retore any damaged or changed files. Note though the dates and versions of files, and take care with this. You will need to restart windows afterwards. Then if that fails try the windows updates as well(on the start button top of list usually). This may not help but will offer update options. |
