| 50707 | 2002-05-25 10:46:00 | Unable to re-load Encarta 2000(poss. IE6 conflict???). Don't recall entering logon password for windows but keep getting harrased for network password(don't even run network). Can't rem how to alpha favorites list-someone please help. |

| 50708 | 2002-05-25 20:38:00 | In regards to the favourites, open the favourites list from the Favourites on the toolbar, you should have two, one will open the list to the left of the page, the other one is one higher on the same bar as View and Tools which is the one you need here. Open that one, place you mouse somewhere in the menu that drops down, right click and select 'Sort By Name' |
