| 50778 | 2002-05-26 01:32:00 | Mu husband is o'seas & using our web mailbox to send msgs. I can't reply as mine pop back into my box. I've tried telling them to not open on receipt which they aren't - but how can I get them to stay in his sector? I realise I've got to 'network' the webmail somehow!? Using actrix, OE, Me. If anyone can help you've just saved a marriage..... |

What you could try is going on to webmail acct and seeing if you have the option of 'leaving copy on server' I use xtramail and I have seen that as one of my options (although I have never used) Otherwise set up a web based email ie Hotmail (getting bad press at them moment tho') or Yahoo etc. good luck |

Set your Outlook Express to leave mail on the server as well so you do not delete the message from the server before he has received it. With Outlook Express open select Tools/Accounts Click on the Mail Tab Click on Properties on the right. Click on Advanced at the top. Tick the box Leave a copy mail on server and tick Remove from server after xx days Enter the number of days you need 10 should be OK Click Apply and OK |
