50755	2002-05-26 00:11:00	Hi Team I'm using ZA Pro V3 (build 3.0.118) on old faithful (P166, 256MB, W98 original, snappy newish 20GB HD) and for some reason ZA takes an extra 55 seconds to load & display its tray icon after the old girl has finished putting on the rest of her makeup. The hourglass stays up during the load and the HD light shows ongoing activity but 55 seconds for ZA on its own? Gimme a break! With V2.6 the icon flashed up with the rest of the system tray icons and on my other three (Win2K) machines it also pops up without delay. (I'm the poor relation here, but old faithful does everything I need at a suitably gratifying speed so I'll be the last to upgrade). I tried asking ZoneAlarm but all I got was irrelevant auto-responses and I haven't been able to get through to a real human yet. All is scan disked and defragged, MS Regclean has been run, Bootlog analyser shows nothing to suggest a reason, I rebuilt shelliconscache just in case it was only the icon, can't find anything on the Net to help so I throw myself at your mercy. Any ideas? I'm otherwise quite happy with ZA so I'm not looking for an alternative thanks all the same. Cheers Billy 8-{)	Guest (0)
