| 51064 | 2002-05-29 07:23:00 | Two ways: 1 Find the /Outlook or Office/Applications/Data file and back that up - short way, but I'm a bit vague about exactly how (I could tell you if if I were on my machine at home as that's how I do it) 2 Use the approach to transferring the Address Book by email - in Outlook, Tools/Import and Export/Export/ CSV (Windows)- this gives you a copy in a Comma Separated Values file (used for transfering big Excel files) and backup with the file. If you need to get the data back from the file, do the reverse - in Outlook, Tools/Import and Export/Import/ CSV (Windows)from the file to and Outlook folder. |
