Not really, you would still need two different plastic filaments, a black and a white.

There's this one: richrap.blogspot.co.nz but it blends together and extrudes from one head, so you won't get perfect separation or anything

1300861 2012-09-14 09:23:00 There have been rumours of a dual head for a while, yet to see one though. If makerbot have one then it can and will be adapted for other machines since the Maker is a RepRap clone anyway. That BBC link is for resin printers which are a whole different ball game again.
