1301580 2012-09-17 09:29:00 Work has finally brought a Macbook.

I need to know what programs would be useful to have on it.
It will be mainly be used for demonstrating printers, copiers and multifunctional printers.

Will also be using it to work out how to get our machines to scan to it (via FTP).

1301581 2012-09-17 09:32:00 Depends on how you are demonstrating e.g. if you want a slide show you can get powerpoint or keynote but if you just wanted images you could just use preview (inbuilt software). icow (15313)
1301582 2012-09-17 22:52:00 The demonstrating will be by using it to print to the machines, so customers can see that they do work with Macs. Jeff (1070)

1301585 2012-09-18 01:22:00 I work for a company here in Christchurch that sells Kyocera, Samsung and Xerox product.

I don't work for any of the big companies as they don't pay that well.
