If you feel that the size of the font/new print is more difficult to read – you SHOULD ring and ask for your’s. Pass this number on to as many people as you can. 0800 803 803 Also - if you say you need two - one for work as well one for home - they will supply. They somewhat patronisingly said they had only had to supply 200 magnifying glasses for the whole country last time! |

Ah, yes they do live here and yes their number is in the latest phonebook (and yes, I spelt it correctly!). Just had the same problem so thought I would just use the surname without christian name or initials and up came the phone number. Maybe they should use Google search. |
