| 51140 | 2002-05-27 12:24:00 | Hi Everyone I recently noticed that my computer was running low on disk space, so I went on a deleting mission. I found that Windows ME system restore was using over 2 gig. I have never made system backups and I am not about to start now, what I was wondering is how do you turn off system restore? thankyou |

Hope that helps |

I would leave the restore running myself but cut down the size of the restore folder to overcome the problem | Guest (0) | ||

Return to the same place and remove the check from the box and your 'System Restore' will be restored and will work until you need to do it again. I am assuming you still want to use it. P.S. It has saved me a couple of times. Cheers Colin |
