| 51393 | 2002-05-29 04:52:00 | Just got hooked up for Jetstream at home, now I've found the XP drivers for this modem (DSL-On software useless, rejects my advances right away), and all I can get is ADSL State: Detecting, two red lights on my status monitor, and advice from my ISP to 'try another modem', ie not a Nokia. Anyone had better progress with XP than this? | Guest (0) | ||

Also, I don't have the original CD (part of why I got a good deal from Dick Smith's) - just the DSL-On software & drivers downloaded from www.dsl.nokia.co.nz, plus the XP drivers from www.nzdsl.co.nz...dunno if that's going to be a problem. Might try to find the drivers for the Dynalink as someone else suggested, too - any ideas of where I can get those? |
