| 51614 | 2002-05-30 10:39:00 | Good Afternoon, I have just set up a home network with three PC's on it and use Internet sharing. The host is running Win ME and the two Clients are on Win 98SE. I have a couple of queries/problems. The first is when I dial through the modem from a client PC and the finish and log off I can not disconnect from the modem until the time expires (in this case 10 Min). Is there any tools or way of disconnecting the modem from the client other that walking through to the host and clicking disconnect. The Second is one of the PC's or an application keeps auto dialling the modem. Are there any tools you know of that can be used to see what PC and or application is using or trying to dial the network. currently the only one I can find is one that says 3 PC are sharing the Internet connection but no other details. Your assistance is Appreciated. David |
