| 51506 | 2002-05-30 00:02:00 | On trying to access my modem dialer, via my browser or Email programs, I get the following message:- Internet Connection Wizard. Can not load the Internet Configuration library (ICFG95.dll). The following error occurred: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization failed. If I press OK the Dial-up Connection book comes up and can connect from there. I have Windows 98 SE, version 4.10.2222. Appreciate any help on this, Ian. |
