51565	2002-05-30 06:08:00	Your post is a bit vague, what types of programs exacly? Most likely though is that it's not the programs, rather spyware (Get Ad-Aware if you haven't already) slowing down your connection, and if that doesn't work just test it without some of the programs running to find out :) Catch ya.
