| 51649 | 2002-05-31 01:24:00 | Mike, Right click on My Computer, select properties, then go to the performance tab. The available resources should be about 80%. If system resources are low, try closing down some of the applications running in the background first. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and close everything except explorer and systray. If closing down some applications doesn't free some memory, click the virutal memory button (on the system properties performance tab) and check that windows is set to manage your virtual memory. |

| 51650 | 2002-05-31 20:19:00 | Tristan Thanks for the reply. Checked the System Resources - it was 76 % free and virtual memory is being managed by windows. I don't think I have a problem with memory resource even though the error message seems to point to this. I was printing from the application no problem last month and the only thing that has changed on the PC since then that I can recall is I updated to version 6 of Outlook express. Maybe someone else has a suggestion ? |
