Video card is everything u see on the comp screen. tv tuner .. only tv reception. dvd cards .. only dvd playing. the older mpeg cards .. only mpg files. If u do not have a tv out or s-video can buy a $200 box thingee which converts vgs to tv. RC |

| 51824 | 2002-06-01 00:42:00 | yes true S-video is better quality, a more descriptive word of this is...S-Video is better - it seperates the RGB colour channels, meaning less noise, and better definition...which RGB stands for Red,Green,Blue and TV-Out is just a normal signal...its like the difference between a stereo and mono audio sound. |
