| 51802 | 2002-05-31 21:11:00 | Leanne There are a number of things that could be wrong. You could have a virus, your PC could just need to be reinstalled (the software, not hardware). You don't say if this is the only problem, although it sounds like it might be. I would suggest you try a couple of things: 1. boot in safe mode (press F8 a lot during initial startup then choose safe mode). See if it runs then. 2. check out the programs in your startup group, remove any MS Office items first, and anything else you can live without. Reboot and try again. 3. download a better solitaire program and see if that works. Take it from there. Finally, I tried to delete your extra posts but it doesn't want to this morning, perhaps the server is a France supporter (go Senegal!). robo. |
