52052	2002-06-02 06:06:00	Hey guys, I'm hoping someone out there has some idea about Nomad players, mine has just recently stopped working. It now just displays 'Firmware Upgrade' on the screen, although any attempted upgrades fail, reporting an error in the player. I've managed to reset the firmware to 'Backup Code' but still can't upgrade the firmware to any version. I've had the player for about a month, and its been fine up till now. It's second-hand, so I'm guessing theres no cover from Creative. Any suggestions?? Its a Creative Nomad II DAP-0001, and has a 64Mb SmartMedia card. I've tried batteries, and the card, no luck there. 52053	2002-06-02 08:58:00	Tony, I can't help at all with your problem, except to suggest that you should try emailing Creative from their website <www.creative.com>. I had a problem with a sound card and went to their website and sent an email via their online support form, and (after about 2 or 3 weeks) got a reply as to how to fix my problem.
