Click on the 'Start' button and and select Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scandisk. Select Automatically Fix Errors, and begin. Scandisk will search your computer for errors, and pave the way for... Disk Defragmenter. Click on the Start button again, and select Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter This program will rearrange all your files so that the computer starts up faster and runs programs more efficiently. It might take a while, so leave the computer on while you go to work or watch TV for instance. Hopefully, this will help! |
