| 1302526 | 2012-09-21 05:25:00 | Hi, Has ayone having a disagreement with ASK insisting it be "my home page" when I type in and click "save" for another site-I guarantee Ask will be back next time I boot up---I, at the time use FireFox- as default--- with my chosen home page, and it stays that way----not so, using Internet Explorer 9--etc, which though not my default is in use all day, listening to music. I use Windows 7 pro, I suspect it has come in piggyback on another program ie Adobe or such-I use Google when I do a search and do NOT want this intrusion. I would want to permanently eliminate Ask---if I can, but it will not listen to me,nagging :groan: effie c |
