| 1302352 | 2012-09-20 06:16:00 | I have spent conciderable time grooming a music media library to my satifaction. This involved installing WMP Plus to get a tag editor. Questions: How to save this setting. Can this setting be transfered or exported to Rhythmbox on Zorin OS 6 |

Transferring -- Could be a bit awkward, using two different programs going to a different OS e.g. Windows to Linux. Linux doesn't have WMP. Not saying it cant be done, but could be pushing it. |

| 1302358 | 2012-09-29 13:28:00 | Hi Driftwood Here's how to fix multiple Playlist entrys in WMP . 1 . Copy this: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player 2 . Goto START then RUN . 3 . Paste . 4 . A folder will open with the database folders and files . Make a new folder named OLD . 5 . Drag and Drop all the other folders and files to OLD . 6 . Close WMP database folder . 7 . Open WMP . 8 . Shock, Horror . All your music is gone!! 9 . Relax . Your music is safe . It's not in the database yet, that's all . Let's rebuild it . 10 . Goto the LIBRARY Tab then ADD TO LIBRARY . 11 . Make sure MY PERSONAL FOLDERS are selected . 12 . If you don't want any folder in the list click the IGNORE Button . If your music folder isn't on the list click the ADD Button . 13 . Click OK . 14 . Sit back, relax and let WMP do it's thing . Once complete - your music will appear as you want it to be, I too have spent many hours tagging my music . Couple of handy free downloads are MP3TAG ( . mp3tag . de/en/download . html" target="_blank">www . mp3tag . de) and MP3GAIN ( . sourceforge . net/download . php" target="_blank">mp3gain . sourceforge . net) . Hope this helps . . . BURNZEE |

| 1302359 | 2012-09-29 16:07:00 | How to disable or stop auto playlist from creating party shuffle files. Or even better, disable auto playlist. I prefer to set my own. Hi Driftwood, I'm the author of WMP Plus. The Party Shuffle playlist that you're seeing doesn't get created by WMP itself, but by my plug-in as a part of its Party Shuffle feature. I'm afraid that it's currently not possible to disable the automatic creation of this playlist. I intentionally didn't make this possible because Party Shuffle is only really active when the Party Shuffle playlist is playing. However I will consider adding such an option in one of the next versions of WMP Plus. |
