1302113 2012-09-19 06:56:00 Having just installed Firefox on my copy of Windows 8, I seem to have lost the ability to use the WinRT version of IE10. Why!? :stare: pcuser42 (130)
1302114 2012-09-19 09:40:00 isnt it something to do with being the default or something?? GameJunkie (72)
1302115 2012-09-19 09:46:00 Yeah, set IE as the default again and it works. Is there no way to have Firefox as the default and WinRT IE available? :annoyed: pcuser42 (130)
1302116 2012-09-19 21:36:00 Do not use any version of IE except IE10:

It works normally, unless something else is the default in which case desktop IE launches from the Start screen instead.

so this is expected when you change the default browser, when Firefox release their WinRT Modern version you'll be able to run that too

But you'd think you'd still be able to access Metro IE even if it wasn't the default? :illogical
