| 1302075 | 2012-09-19 06:35:00 | Trying to help a friend with her laptop which has the following annoying dialog box appear when Vista loads: [B]Implements the NT Service that starts the server, stopped working and was closed" A problem caused the application to stop working correctly, etc,etc - - It's just a matter of closing this box each time the laptop is cranked up, but would be good to get rid of this annoying start each time - - Thanks |

| 1302077 | 2012-09-25 04:51:00 | Thanks Wainuitech, That's what the problem was, the Canon Multi-Pass program Tried to delete it safely via a couple of Uninstallers but the Windows Vista platform reacted badly to that idea. Looks as if Acer have integrated that software with the operating system, so we are going to leave it alone. Just got to get used to the idea of that annoying pop-up each boot. Thanks for identifying the problem |
