If it's good enough for the USA to release cyber attacks, then it'll be fine for them to do likewise, and other governments who were standing back from this sort of action will also see it as an open licence to develop cyber warfare.

As always, the US example is one of hypocracy... do as we say, not as we do. Just remember, it was Bush who started it... no surprise there!
