| 1278058 | 2012-05-29 02:18:00 | Abbey road ahead of Revolver. Really ??? 4. The Beatles / Abbey Road (5.67%) 6. The Beatles / Revolver (4.01%) Im a beatles fan, but some of their stuff was infantile twaddle . Others didnt seem to match the hype. (no.3, no.10) Led Zep4 ahead of 2?? :2cents: |

| 1278059 | 2012-05-29 03:38:00 | As much as Iron Maiden are the greatest band to ever walk the earth, Number of the Beast isn't their best effort. And any list that even includes Depeche Mode is flawed unless its a list of what bands influenced 3 decades of ultimate suckage (Britpop). I'm going to rank this effort right up there with my own poll on renaming New Zealand. |

| 1278060 | 2012-05-29 04:19:00 | Music is a matter of personal taste and these lists don't serve much purpose. For a start how many people voted and did they suggest the albums themselves or chose from a suppplied list? But even if everyone in the world voted it still wouldn't make the list any more likely to be something you'd agree with. A big flaw is the great number of people like myself who almost never bother to vote on this stuff. So we get the opinion of those people who like to vote, based on a list supplied by someone of whatever they decided was worthy of voting on in the first place. If a lot of people like Depeche mode then a lot of people like Depeche mode, people can't be wrong with their own preferences just because they are different from yours. |

| 1278062 | 2012-05-29 09:26:00 | Its certainly an odd list and you have to wonder who was surveyed. No Jethro Tull, Cream, Yes, Renaissance, Jeff Beck...NO SEX PISTOLS???? And The Who appear at No 24?? And Depeche Mode at No 2? An important band certainly but way way down any list I'd construct. |
