52998 2002-06-07 09:42:00 Hi there wise people.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to erase parts of an Autoshape. The crop tool is not available for Autoshapes & I want to erase parts of a circle for a layout drawing. Anyone with ideas will be my friend 4 eva :-)

Thanks - John

Just insert your autoshape on the page, select it and copy, fire up a graphics editor (paint, in your accessories folder) and paste the circle in. Then use the eraser to suit, reselect the area in pain and copy, go back to word and paste where you want it...

It works, just tried it.
