| 53052 | 2002-06-07 20:35:00 | I have an ASUS A90A Notebook with an AMD Athlon 900MHz processor/128MB RAM/20GB hard disk partitioned into two 10MB partitions. I run windows XP home edition I use microsoft office 2000 I have installed SystenWorks 2002 without a problem but I am unable to run the program, live update or set any options. When I open systemworks the screen appears but only for 10-15 seconds, I am able to check and uncheck boxes in the options but the screen then dissappears altogether and when I reopen it the options are unchanged. Thank you for your help |

| 53053 | 2002-06-07 21:29:00 | Hello John. This is bringing back bad memories when I installed mine (winME) about 6 months ago. I think from memory there was conflict with Zonealarm. This was only discovered AFTER I read the manual (typical male). Once found I only had to turnoff ZA and instal no problems. Otherwise systemworks 2002 works without a hitch. good luck sam m |
