| 53124 | 2002-06-08 03:12:00 | HI I HAVE AN OEM VERSION OF XP AND HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED IT ON MY COMPUTER I HAVE THE BOOKLET AND THE CD THAT CAME WITH IT BUT I MUST HAVE REMOVED THE PRODUCT KEY STICKER FROM THE PACKAGE AS IT IS NOT WHERE IT SHOULD BE I HAVE PROBABLY MISPLACED IS SOMEWHARE BUT I CAN'T FIND IT AND NOW WINDOWS IS ASKING ME FOR IT, WILL IT BE RECORDED SOMEWHARE ON MY SYSTEM OR DO I HAVE TO KEEP LOOKING Cheers BOB3Z |

| 53128 | 2002-06-09 11:59:00 | Hi Bob The product key should be stuck on the computer case somewhere, the actual metal box itself, for OEMs. Probably not anywhere in documentation which is why you cant find it. Look for microsoft hologram sticker on side or rear?? Let us know how you get on... tj |
