53139	2002-06-08 05:03:00	Look on the web for 'ms agent' (microsoft agent) and L&H speech files, the microsoft speech to text engine etc. All free and should add a 'voice anouncement'. I use same on Eudora email, speaks the sender and subject on all incoming and outgoing emails. HTH TJ	Guest (0)
53140	2002-06-08 05:04:00	yes but it takes place of outlook express. However I do not reccomend uninstaling outlook express as the replacment program isnt quite bug free. (though neither is OE) It is called incredimail XE. You can change heaps of stuff from skins to notifiers, and most of them are animated. there are also a lot of styles to use in emails, BUT to use different email notifiers you need to register, which is $20.
