| 53446 | 2002-06-09 10:48:00 | I am experiencing problems accessing my 'Outlook Express'. I am able to log onto the internet ok, but as soon as I try to access my mail it promptly disconnects me, this is also the same if I am to go directly to Outook Express. My modem dials up in the normal way and on the bottom right hand side of the outlook dialog box it shows 'connecting' then 'checking messages' and then it disconnects. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Catherine |
