I'm not sure if this is exactly what you'd be looking for, but Microsoft E-Commerce Server (I think that's what it's called...or is it just Commerce Server) has a built in Shopping Cart function.

It needs to be setup for each site that you build, but it does make the process easier.

I'm sure there's lots of other products available as well and most ISPs might even have their own systems which they recommend.

Unfortunately the one I mentioned from Microsoft is the only one I've ever really worked with (on a few projects) but I'm sure someone else can add to this :)

There is a Microsoft product available called E-commerce Server. The programme allows you to easily setup shopping carts for web sites and configure them to meet your needs.

I would imagine that most ISPs or shopping portal sites would have products that they recommend specifically as well.

Unfortunately I have only ever used E-commerce server so I can't comment on any other products in the market, but I'm sure others will bring more comments to this thread :)
