53776	2002-06-11 05:17:00	I have a new PC (about 3 weeks old) running WinXP Home and Office XP Pro OEM. Both of these have been activated via the internet. Also NAV 2002 and this is up-2-date as well. The problem is that while using the PC, doing anything, the mouse pointer changes to a black padlock and then you can't do anything. It won't let you close anything or shutdown. Have to hit the reset button. Any ideas? Cheers	Guest (0)
