As I know, I need two netcards with two IP address attached. the first IP address is in LAN network, and the second is in the Internet. But I do not how to get a IP address in the Internet? Help me! Thank you for you help. |

| 53650 | 2002-06-10 10:32:00 | I am uncertain what you are trying to do but I think you are trying to setup linux as a firewall/ICS computer? Read the Howtos on Networking. Your IP for your modem is assigned by the ISP. As for the netcards you can set them up or use DHCP which assigns them for you. |
