| 53806 | 2002-06-11 07:08:00 | I have a old Pent 166 running Win 95 . Lately when I try to print anything I get a message saying Fatal Error:Cannot load journal dll-please re-install . | 53807 | 2002-06-11 08:09:00 | Hi Greg You can download the file you want from this site: www.brookhouse.co.uk/adobe/support/body.htm The download link is in the middle of the page. It is a zip file so you will have to unzip it first. Once you have it unzipped, copy it to C:\windows\system. If you have problems unzipping, I have already downloaded and unzipped a copy to have a look at, so put up an email address (set up a hotmail address just for this if you don't want to have your private address shown) and I'll email it to you. I also get the message - Error while spooling to'' unable to start spool manager . Could this dll be meant to be installed in the spool manager ? as along the top of the original missing dll message it says - Lexmark Color Fine (TM) spool manager . Thanks Greg . |
