| 53928 | 2002-06-12 01:06:00 | I installed Norton 2002 (win98)but when I re-started my PC I got an error msg 'NAV Auto-Protect- unable to determine the location of the configuration files' followed by 'This program has performed an illegal op. Navapw32' I tried to reinstalled and followed online instr. to remove old version from Control Panel - Add/Remove prgrams and removed Norton from there. But I still can't re-install as the systems tells me I have have program installed and when I try to uninstall from start menu it tells me 'this action is only valid for products that are currently installed'. I can't shut down my PC either. How to sort this out? | Guest (0) | ||
