When I tried to use 165GSM photo quality paper it jammed each time. I rang H.P. support and was told 90GSM was max. for that machine however if I took the back off and inserted the heavier paper manually from the back it would work. Not an easy task as firstly you get the fault light coming up so you have insert and hold something to press the micro switch, then try and push the paper through dead straight. Has anyone done this successfully ? Yes I know I will buy the correct paper but hate to waste what I have.. |
