53932 2002-06-12 00:41:00 My monitor screen goes a 'yucky pale green' from time to time. It seems to affect the background white more than the colours.Any suggestions as to cause? The monitor is fairly new. Guest (0)
53933 2002-06-12 01:20:00 What type of monitor is it if it is a philips they have a great service call 0800 657 447 they will swap it while they repair

This also depends on how old it is it under warranty

Another thing do you have your speakers to close to the monitor or are you putting your cell phone near this also does strange things.

Let me know what brand and if still under warranty

Regards

Roger

53934 2002-06-12 08:30:00 Double check that the data plug(s) are in fully and secure, thsi can often happen with loss of conection integrity. Guest (0)
53935 2002-06-12 09:57:00 In addition to TJ's posting check the pins in the video cable plug haven't been bent, so that one or a couple of pins aren't actually going into the socket. Easily bent and a real pain to try and straighten. Guest (0)
