| 54125 | 2002-06-13 01:48:00 | Hi Everyone, I am completely computer illiterate when it comes to all those abbreviated program names in registry..... I want to weed out all the nasties from my start-up/registry etc.... Is there a site I can go to, type in the name and it will tell me what it does etc and what the program is. I thought of using Google or the Microsoft site, but are there any others that might be a help? Thanks,CHARLIE |

Both of these apps show what program is associated with what reg entry. Hope this is of some help. markOS X |
