| 54449 | 2002-06-15 03:19:00 | I have a Hewlett Packard 710 printer which is 3 years old. I have had no problems with it until today. It keeps telling me that the colour cartridge is not installed correctly and I have taken it out and put it back several times, checked the cables and connections and reinstalled the software. If I go ahead and press OK to print it prints OK but the message comes up every time I want to print a new document. | Guest (0) | ||
