54387	2002-06-14 08:13:00	Earlier this year I posted a request for info on proper control columns for flight simulators. Tom B answered and pointed me to CHProducts.com. I didn't buy then because the price was more than I could afford, but with the recent dramatic rise in the NZ to US Dollar exchange rate and a site special that saved $US70, I placed an order for a control column and rudder pedals. They arrived a week later on June 5th but I was supplied with a Pro Throttle instead of the rudder pedals. They came from PCAviator which I took to be part of CHProducts as it was integrated seamlessly with their home page. I have now emailed them three times in an attempt to get the error corrected but have received no response. Before I do a chargeback on my credit card (which will grab their attention for sure) has anybody else had any problems and if so, how did they resolve them? Thanks Michael Keane	Guest (0)
