| 54553 | 2002-06-16 04:03:00 | Hi, I am just wondering if anyone out there know of any software that will manage my outgoing internet traffic based on different ports? The problem I have now is that when I am downloading off the internet, my browser slows down to slower than a snail.. maybe I need a transparent proxy server software, anyone know any that'll prioritise packets?
