I am running W XP. A friend, running ME has an icon in the Tray which indicates that he is online and it can be used to close the internet connection. Is there an equivelent for XP. If so how do I get it to show. |

Go to Control Panel - Network Conections, open and right click on your dial up connection icon, select properties.
Tick the box to 'show icon in the notification area when connected', OK etc and close. |
