| 54576 | 2002-06-16 05:46:00 | Hi.... is anyone else having problem getting into the MSN chat rooms I keep getting prompted to download the chat program, but it won't fully download, and just get the try again message... I have been into the help topics and done everything they ask of me but no go.... have even gone to the extent of reinstalling MSN Explorer. I am using IE6, and have been told to reinstall IE, but thats going a bit far.... Has anyone got any ideas, Regards, ALAN |

| 54577 | 2002-06-16 06:56:00 | Have you tried disabling firewall while downloading the programme? Sometimes the firewall messes up the download and it doesn't work properly. |
