While there are certainly issues that need to be settled it has become very much a gravy train with often very little getting to the people it is meant to. I know of one guy who wanted a loan to get his son through Law school and they wouldn't give him anything and yet the son of one of them running it got the whole lot, vehicle, accomodation and course paid for and to rub salt into the wound he wasn't even as well qualified. It doesn't help when you hear of one lot getting $18M in settlements and loosing all but about $2M. |
