1303554 2012-09-26 12:04:00 I'm not sure how to 'load' it anywhere. When I select it nothing happens, no file name shows up anywhere. lakewoodlady (103)
1303555 2012-09-26 12:09:00 I really have to get to bed now, I am so tired.

I am going to take the computer into Millenium sometime soon and get them to have a look at it, see if they can find anything. Won't be till next week though. Thanks for help anyway.

1303556 2012-09-26 12:10:00 When you run bluescreenview if you dont run ccleaner (which will delete the dmp files/s), the dmp files load if they're in the default folder. And the dmp files that are on the system should appear in bluescreenview Speedy Gonzales (78)

1303558 2012-09-27 08:26:00 Was it that PC that BSOD'd you a while back? Probably a good idea to take it to a tech. ChazTheGeek (16619)

Yep, same one. I have unplugged it all and it's ready to take to techs in the morning.

Meanwhile we have a spare machine which is going fine (Windows XP). So that will do till I either get Vista one fixed or maybe even a new one. Everything was backed up to ext HDD thank goodness.
