| 54765 | 2002-06-17 06:04:00 | I have Office 2000 and cannot get Outlook to run. It asks to setup email under 'tools/services'. There is no 'services' option under tools? | Guest (0) | ||

If you've installed outlook 2000 to just access your POP3 mail account at your local ISP (internet only mode) you'll need to go to Tools/Accounts and setup your pop account details. You would only have the Services option on the Tools menu if you installed Outlook in Corporate/Workgroup mode. The first time you run Outlook after installing, it should run a wizard that guides you through setting up your email account. Hope this helps, Ecko |
