| 54726 | 2002-06-17 03:50:00 | i have a cable connection with paradise that is shared via a proxy with 3 other people. one of them is quite excessive in usage tying up all the bandwidth and frustrating others. I am looking at ways to assign bandwdith portions to different network users (or in equal portions) and restrict the monthly traffic as well so we do not go over the monthly quota. can anyone advise of any software that can manage this(preferably free) - thanks | Guest (0) | ||
