54661	2002-06-16 10:34:00	I am having difficulty accessing hotmail. Firstly I had to register with 'msn messanger' on my brothers computer so I could get my net passport. Once I had completed this I then tried to access hotmail on my computer but I am still unable to. MSN Messenger works perfectly in the fact that I can talk to my contacts but if I try to enter chat rooms or check my hotmail email address it comes up with 'This page cannot be displayed'. This has been happening for quite some time now (approx 2 months) and I decided to leave it for a while, but obviously my hotmail account was inactive for a 30 days or more and needed to be re-activated. I have since asked my brother to access my hotmail account and he re-activated it, but I am still unable to access it on my own computer!!!!!!!!!!!! Any Ideas on what could be happening, ie; security settings on my comp?? Your help would be appreciated, thanks Catherine My computer is; HP Pavilion 6726 Intel Celeron Processor 667MHz 64MB 100MHz SDRAM 15.OGB Ultra DMA Hard Drive I also run Zone Alarm as a fire wall. 54663	2002-06-16 23:05:00	People are always having problems with hotmail. I run a yahoo group, and it is the hotmail addresses that run the highest likelyhood of bouncing. Have you considered getting an email account through something other than hotmail??? you@eudoramail.com is a possability, they offer 4 meg of storage, Web & pop3 access (pop3 is just there, but they don't advertise it) I have had one eudoramail address for over 4 years, and i almost never get spam on it. I got another which is just there to attract spam, perhaps i should get a hotmail addy for that? Also if you don't like M$ too much, there is free email at windows-sux.com too	Guest (0)
54664	2002-06-17 08:23:00	Hi Chris, Why are you so dirisive about Microsoft with the M$ wanky thing..... If it wasn't for MS we woul;d all be spending all our time twiddling with our computers to get the damn things working WAKE UP!!!!!! Microsoft have brought the use of the PC to the everyday person.... on the whole, its OS is stable and trouble free.... GROW UP! Freya	Guest (0)
