54978 2002-06-18 09:01:00 I have written a letter to HP complaining about a product and a refund/replacement, because the product, which was ink, was of very poor quality and leaked in the printer.

I have sent the letter to their Auckland office at the start of May, and I am yet to receive a reply!

So does anyone know the E-mail address of a New Zealand office of HP, I have checked the white-pages and the HP web site with no luck.

I brought the HP product from a computer that is now out of business.

54980 2002-06-18 10:07:00 I realise you may be upset about your particular problem, but why repeat the same entry 11 times????
Doing a bit of 'finger-walking' (Yellow Pages) might give some satisfying results.
By the way, I couldn't help but giggle at your statement
'I brought the HP product from a computer that is now out of business' ....
A computer that is now out of business??? Seems like you've got more than an ink problem on your hands (lol)
Am I the only one who re-reads what I've written to make sure it all makes sense?
